PRIVACY POLICY
LAST UPDATED: JUNE 17, 2026
POTOBO does not store your finished photos in a server database. Camera frames, pasted images, text decorations, and saved results are processed in your browser and saved locally by you.
CAMERA
POTOBO asks for camera permission only so you can join a booth and take photos. Camera access starts after you approve it in your browser, and you can revoke it from your browser settings at any time.
PHOTOS
Your four-cut images are composed in the browser. We do not intentionally upload finished photos to a database, gallery, or long-term server storage. When you press save or share, the file is created on your device or passed to your device share sheet.
REALTIME ROOMS
To make rooms work, POTOBO may relay temporary room messages such as invite codes, participant presence, low-resolution camera snapshots, transforms, chat messages, and host approval events. These messages are used for live synchronization and are not designed as permanent photo storage.
CLIPBOARD & TEXT
Clipboard images and text decorations are only used when you choose to paste or add them. They are applied to the booth canvas in your browser and may be shared live with people in the same room so everyone sees the same decoration.
LOCAL STORAGE
POTOBO may keep small preferences such as your selected language or interface state in your browser. Removing browser site data clears this local information.
